Job Description Job Title: Student Counsellor N Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai N Company: GAMMA Marine N Employment Type: Full time N Experience: 5–8 Years N Salary: 3.5 to 4.5 LPA N nWe are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team. N n Responsibilities Nn Handle prospective student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions, providing accurate guidance on courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career progression pathways. N Manage the complete enquiry-to-enrolment process, including systematic follow-ups to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve enrolment targets. N Develop and implement admission strategies to drive student enrolment and achieve organisational growth objectives. N Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team by allocating leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of admission targets. N Oversee the complete student onboarding process, including documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities.



N Maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries and admissions, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports. N Collaborate with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions and student onboarding experience. N Uphold ethical counselling practices by providing accurate information and avoiding unsupported commitments. Nn n Requirements Nn Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field. N 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations. N Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills. N Prior experience in theeducation/training sector highly preferred. N Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
