Working with us isnever routine so the first year you can expect the following areasto be central to your work: Own day to day Salesforceadministration, governance, and platform stability Improve dataquality, reporting accuracy, and user experience across departmentsDesign and implement scalable automation using Flow and declarativesolutions Manage integrations and connected applications across thetechnology landscape Develop platform documentation and strengthenuser enablement and adoption Contribute to roadmap planning,release management, and platform optimisation Collaborate withstakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions Yourfirst year with us: Within three months, you will:



Develop a strongunderstanding of Preferred by Nature’s Salesforce environment andbusiness processes Assess platform architecture, data quality, andintegrations to identify quick improvements Build relationshipswith key stakeholders and address priority operational needs Withinsix months, you will: Implement improvements to governance,reporting, and platform usability Deliver scalable automation usingFlow and declarative solutions Establish release managementpractices and improve system documentation Within one year, youwill: Take strategic ownership of Salesforce platform roadmapImplement scalable architecture improvements and governanceframework Drive adoption and continuous platform optimisationacross the organisation Important that you: Have at least 5 yearsof hands on Salesforce Administration experience Bring strongexperience with Flow automation and declarative solution designUnderstand Salesforce security models, data governance, andreporting frameworks Have experience gathering requirements andtranslating them into system solutions Possess strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Communicate effectively withboth technical and non technical stakeholders Are organised andcomfortable managing multiple priorities Would also be great, butnot necessary, if you: Have experience with Salesforceintegrations, APIs,
