Job DescriptionThe Finance Interpreter - Japanese Speaker role offers an excellent opportunity to support cross-functional communication between Japanese-speaking and Hindi-speaking teams within a manufacturing workplace. The position plays a key part in enabling effective collaboration across finance, production, engineering, sales, and operational functions through accurate interpretation and translation services.Responsibilities- Provide interpretation between Japanese, English, and Hindi during finance meetings- Support communication during production, engineering, sales coordination, and operational discussions- Facilitate effective interaction between Japanese-speaking and Hindi-speaking stakeholders- Translate reports, operational documents, presentations, and business correspondence- Assist with internal reviews, reporting activities, and audit-related communication- Support Japanese-speaking employees and visitors during business visits and activities- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and accurate information exchangeRequirements- JLPT N2 certification is mandatory- Fluency in Japanese,



English, and Hindi- 2 to 5 years of relevant interpretation and translation experience- Strong interpretation and translation skills- Understanding of manufacturing processes- Knowledge of finance-related terminology- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Strong business communication skills- Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred- Degree-level education, preferably in Commerce, Finance, Business, or EngineeringAbout the companyA company in the manufacturing industry operating in a collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork and international communication are important.
