You will define the security strategy, strengthen our security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with engineering and business teams to build secure products at scale.Location:



BangaloreKey Responsibilities- Define and execute Snapmint's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap- Lead security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including RBI, NPCI guidelines and industry standards- Drive cloud, infrastructure, application, and data security across the organization- Oversee Security Operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and business continuity- Embed security into the SDLC and engineering processes through DevSecOps and secure-by-design practices- Manage third-party security risk, audits, and customer security assessments- Build and mentor a high-performing security team while fostering a strong security cultureWhat We're Looking For- Strong understanding of cloud security, application security, IAM, SIEM/SOC, and cyber risk management- Hands-on experience with RBI regulations, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and security audits- CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and engineering teamsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field- 12+ years of experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity, with at least 7 years in a leadership role- Experience in an NBFC, fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated financial services organization
