This is a hands-on engineering role — not a research or prompt-engineering role. You will work directly on the design, deployment, and productionisation of large language model systems that power real workflows inside our products.The ideal candidate is someone who understands LLMs deeply — not just how to call an API, but how to fine-tune, deploy, evaluate, and scale them. You should be comfortable building agentic AI systems where models reason over context, invoke tools, and complete multi-step tasks reliably. You will work across the full stack:



from model selection and prompt engineering to serving infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, and MCP-based integrations. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.Key ResponsibilitiesLLM Deployment & Systems- Deploy, serve, and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) for in house product verticals.- Optimize LLM Inference, Latency, Throughput, and Cost Efficiency, Building and scaling multi-agentic frameworks, retrieval strategies and token optimizations.- Build and maintain Model Evaluation Pipelines to measure quality, hallucinations, and task performance.Agentic AI & Workflow Automation- Design and implement multi Agentic AI Workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks.- Build reliable Tool Calling and Function Calling Pipelines.- Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and Tools to connect AI agents with APIs, databases, files, and enterprise systems.- Convert AI prototypes into Production-Grade AI Systems with proper logging, monitoring, and observability.Backend & Infrastructure- Build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.- Package and deploy AI applications using Docker and containerized environments.- Integrate AI systems with PostgreSQL,



MongoDB, and Redis.- Work with Workflow Orchestration Platforms such as Apache Airflow to manage automation pipelines.QualificationsRequired Skills :- Strong proficiency in Python Programming.- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI application architectures.- Hands-on experience with LLM Deployment Frameworks such as vLLM, Ollama, TGI, or llama.Cpp.- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Windows, Tokenization, Structured Outputs, Tool Calling, and Multi-Step Reasoning.- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and deployment fundamentals.- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI Agent integrations.- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integration patterns.- Comfortable working with Linux, Git, and GitHub.- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good to Have :- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.- Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI Systems.- Good Knowledge of Vector Databases- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.- Exposure to LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, or RLHF.- Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Prior projects, internships, or open-source contributions involving LLMs, AI Agents, Automation, or Backend Systems.Work Location : Bangalore (On-site)
