Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Presales Consultant – Data Centre &

Cybersecurity Solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, OEM, and Technical teams to design winning enterprise solutions, support business development activities, and drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer business and technical requirements and design optimal Data Centre, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage with customers to conduct requirement discovery, technical workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations.
- Prepare solution architectures, BOMs, sizing, compliance matrices, technical proposals, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Work closely with OEMs to obtain technical validation, pricing, special bid support, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and technical presentations.




- Support the Sales team throughout the complete sales lifecycle, from prospect qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project handover.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, OEM offerings, and competitor solutions.

Candidate Profile (Mandatory)

Only candidates from the IT Industry / System Integrator (SI) ecosystem will be considered.

Candidates from non-IT industries will not be considered.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Data Centre, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture experience in the IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Centre, Compute, Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, Networking, and Cybersecurity technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Servers, Storage, Backup, Hypervisors, HCI, Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, DLP, IAM, Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Strong experience in solution sizing, architecture design, BOM preparation, technical documentation, compliance matrices, and Enterprise RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
- Working knowledge of leading OEM technologies such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, IBM, Lenovo, Net App, Pure Storage, Nutanix, VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Crowd Strike, Trend Micro, Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
- Relevant OEM certifications are mandatory.



Candidates should possess one or more active certifications from leading enterprise technology OEMs. Preference will be given to candidates with multiple OEM certifications and hands-on experience across multi-vendor enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
