About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who understands India's enterprise technology ecosystem and has strong relationships within the data center, networking, AI infrastructure, telecom, or system integration industries.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will work directly with international technology manufacturers and India's leading data center operators, cloud providers, enterprises, telecom companies, and system integrators to develop business opportunities across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

- Develop new business opportunities across India's AI infrastructure ecosystem.
- Build strategic relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers,



cloud providers, telecom operators, enterprises, and system integrators.
- Position One Carat Technologies and our global OEM partners in the Indian market.

Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical workshops.
- Coordinate with international OEMs on technical and commercial discussions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Strategic Account Management

Develop relationships with key stakeholders across:

- Data Center Operators
- AI Cloud Providers
- Enterprise Data Centers
- Telecom Operators
- Server Manufacturers
- System Integrators
- Government & Public Sector

Technologies You'll Represent

You'll work across a broad AI infrastructure portfolio, including:

- Optical Transceivers (100G–800G)
- AI Networking Solutions
- DAC & AOC Connectivity
- High-Density Power Supplies
- Power Shelves & BBU Systems
- Intelligent PDUs
- Liquid Cooling (CDUs, Manifolds, WPU)
- AI Server Racks & Infrastructure

As One Carat expands, additional global OEM partnerships will become part of your portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:





✔ 5–12 years of B2B technology sales or business development experience

✔ Strong relationships within the data center, networking, AI infrastructure, or telecom ecosystem

✔ Experience selling enterprise infrastructure solutions

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

- Data Centers
- Enterprise Networking
- Optical Networking
- AI Infrastructure
- Telecom Infrastructure
- Data Center Power
- Liquid Cooling
- Server & Storage

Compensation & Rewards

Target Monthly Earnings: ₹1,00,000+

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded exceptionally. This role is designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to build business and want their earnings to directly reflect the value they create.

Compensation Structure

Guaranteed Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Performance-Based Earnings: Up to ₹60,000+ per month, linked to clearly defined business milestones.
