Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
- Explain the chemistry, composition, performance characteristics, and application methods of construction chemical products.
- Sound understanding of chemical formulations, reactions, material properties, and their practical applications in construction chemicals.
- Ability to understand Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product specifications
- Generate new business opportunities through field visitsand market development activities.
- Identify and meet contractors, builders, developers, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell construction chemical products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and closesales deals.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain reports.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Should be capable of managing both sales and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong academic background in Chemistry (B. Sc./M. Sc. Chemistry preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction chemicals/building materials preferred.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel,Word, and emailcommunication.
- Willingness to travel for field salesactivities.
