Job Description – Project Manager (12+ years)

n

n





Location: Noida

n

n

HCL SX Project Manager is responsible for driving successful delivery of ITSM and related

n

projects customer aimed at onboarding, process setup, and the establishment of ebondings

n

and integrations within the HCL SX platform. This role involves gathering of requirements

n

and deliver the agreed solution.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

● Understand Customer’s IT Transformation program objective, including Target Operating

n

Model and work with suppliers to align their readiness plans with overall plan, and

n

agreement on interdependencies.

n

● Identify contractual Gaps on end-to-end plans, timelines, identify risks, issues and

n

communicate, escalate to required stakeholders.

n

● Drive Project governance including customer & supplier.

n

● Lead Project communication including customer & supplier.

n

● Co-ordinate the delivery of the ITSM Project, to ensure the team work together

n

collaboratively and effectively to deliver all their objectives whilst meeting and exceeding

n

timescale, quality and budgetary targets.

n

● Key activities will include risk, issue and interdependency management, co-ordinated

n

progress reporting, budgetary, quality and assurance management.

n





● Orchestrate the day-to-day activities of the project teams and support them in the drive

n

towards the achievement of their objectives.

n

● Coordinate across project teams for preparation of management reports.

n

● Financial tracking and preparing forecasting reports along with regular management

n

reports.

n

n

Skills & Qualifications:

n

● Should be 12+yrs (Project Manager) of IT experience with 4 to 6 + in Project

n

Management with experience of 2 – 4 large ITSM implementations.

n

● Experience delivering projects using agile, waterfall methodologies.

n

● Require very robust interpersonal, organizational, programme management and change

n

management skills.

n

● Must have handled Integrations in previous projects (e-bonding, LDAP, AD, Discovery

n

Tools, etc)

n

n

Role:

n

● Very strong Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior

n

management, colleagues and external service providers.

n

● Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and

n

influence at all levels of the organization. Strong oral and written communication skills

n

● Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but

n

specifically at senior management level.

n

● Demonstrate a very high level of political and business awareness, acutely aware of

n

organizational sensitivities.

n

● Ambitious, has pride in his/her work & attention to detail.

n

● Experience of working in a dynamic environment, balancing challenging workloads and

n

deadlines with attention to deliveries.

n

● Demonstrates a positive attitude/energy.

n

● Takes ownership, follows through, and delivers on commitments.

n

● Strong documentation skills including business case presentations and excel skills

n

● Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service management is a plus.
