Skills required
Experience in filing of patents and any other Forms related to patent life cycle in India, USPTO and PCT International.
Ø Patent Prosecution experience w.r.t filing of FER responses and fulfilling any other requirement for any office action in India
Ø Illustration, Filing and Drafting of Patent Assignments.
Ø Active interaction with Indian patent office for any patent related matters.
Ø Patent grants, renewals and maintenance in Indian, US.
Experience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents etc
Education: Qualification: Graduation

5. Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and professional personnel within the firm; positive relationship skills
