Responsibilities

- Acquire recent direct clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services.
- Generate leads through Linked In Sales Navigator, Linked In, email campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams, Hiring Managers, and Delivery Heads.
- Schedule meetings and present staffing solutions.
- Generate vendor empanelment opportunities.
- Coordinate NDA/MSA discussions with clients.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with Managers to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
- Maintain CRM/Excel pipeline and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition targets.

Requirements Proven experience acquiring direct clients.

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development for IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.




- Proven experience acquiring direct clients and staffing requirements.
- Hands-on experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, Linked In, Apollo, email campaigns, or other lead generation tools.
- Experience selling Contract Staffing, C2H, Permanent Hiring, or RPO services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred
- Existing HR or client network.
- Experience in domestic or international staffing.
- Knowledge of MSP, contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring.
