Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Show Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of live and recorded online shows. You will be responsible for developing compelling content formats, managing production workflows, coordinating with hosts and guests, and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the content strategy and production plan for online shows.

Coordinate all aspects of show production—including pre-production, scripting, scheduling, and post-production.

Collaborate with hosts, guests, creative teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution.

Manage live broadcasts and oversee technical aspects such as streaming, audio, and visuals.

Ensure brand and content consistency across all episodes and platforms.

Optimize content for distribution across platforms such as You Tube, Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram.





Monitor show analytics and audience engagement; recommend improvements based on insights.

Handle logistical and operational tasks, including timelines, equipment coordination, and backups.

Manage unexpected issues during live shows with professionalism and quick decision-making.

Requirements

Proven experience producing live or recorded online shows, webinars, or podcasts.

Robust project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency with production tools and platforms (e.g., OBS, Stream Yard, Zoom, Adobe Premiere, vMix).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

A creative eye for content formats, storytelling, and visual presentation.

Familiarity with digital content trends and audience engagement strategies.

Manage unexpected issues during live shows with professionalism and quick decision-making.
