drawings & project close‑out documentation Coordinate procurement, vendor follow‑ups & inventory tracking Act as communication hub between clients, consultants & site teams Support billing milestones & invoice documentation Basic Qualification Bachelor of Engineering – Any Stream 1-2 Years of experience in Project coordination, Documentation & Compliance Skills Sets Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Fire Suppression Systems (Gas-based, Sprinklers, etc) Standards: Familiarity with NFPA, NBC, and TAC guidelines.

Software Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel, ERP systems, and basic AutoCAD for drawing reviews.

Soft Skills: Organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
