We're Hiring: Sales Manager – B2B Sales

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales skilled with a proven track record of developing new business, managing key accounts, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role (preferred).

- Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently, lead sales initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
