Job Title: Assembly Line Engineer

Department: Production

Location: Ranipet, Tamil Nadu

Role Overview:

HVAC assembly line engineer supervises and supports the manufacturing of HVAC and air conditioning systems. They are responsible for optimizing production line efficiency, performing product quality checks, and ensuring that systems are assembled according to engineering drawing / specifications / standard operating procedures.

Roles & Responsibilites:

- Production & Assembly: Oversee assembly of child parts critical HVAC components—such as compressors,



condensers, evaporators, fan motors, piping, and wiring harnesses.
- Quality Control & Testing: Conduct functional tests, perform leak testing and inspect parts for defects during the assembly process.
- Line Efficiency: Manage daily production targets, monitor cycle times, and perform line balancing to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure the assembly process strictly adheres to require standard.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with production line defective assemblies.

Requirements:

- Education: A Diploma, B.E., or B. Tech degree in Mechanical.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or HVAC production sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with assembly/pneumatic tools, measuring instruments, and a strong understanding of refrigeration or appliance components.
- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and clear communication to coordinate between assembly workers, quality inspectors, and management
