- Provide strong, empathetic leadership, mentorship, and motivation to cross-functional teams, understanding team dynamics and supporting individuals through challenges while maintaining focus on project objectives.
- Guide teams through ambiguity, conflicts, and changing priorities with maturity and sound judgment, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards.

5. Change, Risk & Issue Management

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, while demonstrating the judgment to recognize early warning signs before they escalate.

- Oversee quality assurance processes, testing strategies, validation, and compliance audits.
- Maintain documentation and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Vendor & Partner Management

- Evaluate, select,

and manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure performance alignment with project goals while fostering cooperative, long-term working relationships.
- Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and escalation procedures effectively, addressing challenges with professionalism, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented approach.

8. Budget & Cost Management
