Job Responsibilities

- Should be a team player who can manage an in-house team of talented individuals to get the best out of them.
- Work closely with the internal team, clients, and agency partners on the social media content and execution front.
- Manage all client social media accounts.
- A strategic and creative thinker who can come up with creative ideas
- Staying updated with digital trends and industry news.
- Managing a good agency-client relationship.
- Conduct performance meetings with clients once every fortnight to track the progress and discuss the way forward.
- Responsible for drafting strategies for the steady growth of client's social media accounts in terms of reach,



engagement, and community size.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of all top social media channels
- Should have a sound knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Social and AdWords)
- Should have worked on brands across industries
- Great leadership skills and a team player
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Education background in Marketing, BMM, or similar
