- Collaborate with content writers, photographers, and field teams to ensure video narratives align with messaging goals.

- Organize and maintain digital media assets, including project files, footage, and edited outputs.

- Assist in preparing videos for upload across platforms such as You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, and internal training modules.

- Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and best practices in digital content creation.

Requirements

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Film & Video Production,



Mass Communication, Media & Communication, or a related field.

- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

- Basic understanding of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.

- Solid sense of visual aesthetics, timing, and storytelling.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform-specific video requirements.

- Portfolio or sample projects demonstrating editing skills (can include academic or personal work).

- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and receive constructive feedback.
