About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. Over the course of this 3-month internship, you will work closely with our project managers, gaining hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering web-based projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and managing project lifecycles from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Help maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports
• Support stakeholder communication and prepare regular project updates
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Identify and flag project risks or blockers to the project manager
• Contribute to process improvements and project documentation
What We're Looking For:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with web design and web development processes is a plus
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, or project tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office setting
