About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Management Trainee – Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who are passionate about business growth, strategic partnerships, alliances, and sales. The MT will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with partners and clients, and contribute to the company's revenue and expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with corporate clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches to prospective clients and partners.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations & Finance teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
- Track sales performance, partnership outcomes, and business metrics, and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and partnership updates in CRM systems.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve business processes, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Mandatory) in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related specialization from a recognized institution.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and partnership development.
