Job Summary

Seeking an experienced professional to lead Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Design Management Consultancy (DMC), and Contracts Management Consultancy assignments for large infrastructure and building projects. The role involves managing projects from concept to commissioning while ensuring timely delivery, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning.
- Monitor project progress, costs, profitability, invoicing, and collections.
- Oversee project planning, contract management, quality, safety, and risk management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor project teams and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution,



commercial performance, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Required Experience & Skills

- 18+ years in PMC/DMC/Contracts Management with reputed consultancy organizations.
- Minimum 15 years in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy or large corporate/government infrastructure projects.
- Experience in mixed-use, industrial, healthcare, institutional, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, project planning, contract management, financial management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
