Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Aligned with U.S. Business Hours)

Working Days: Monday to Friday|

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Performance-based conversion to full-time role

Full-Time Opportunity

Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years

CTC: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA + Performance Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the U.S. performance marketing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring advertisers, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across high-performing digital campaigns.

You should have prior experience working with U.S. clients and a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising ecosystems.

Work Model (Hybrid Shift Structure)

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Work From Office (Bengaluru)

10:00 PM – 2:00 AM: Work From Home

⏸️ 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Break / Transition Window

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and acquire high-quality campaigns across multiple verticals

Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, agencies, and strategic partners

Drive business growth through Linked In outreach, networking, referrals,



and outbound prospecting

Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and campaign activation

Track market trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM tools

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, CPC, and Rev Share models

Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

Existing advertiser/affiliate network relationships will be a strong advantage
