About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our Policy Advisory division. The role involves researching, reading and analysing Central and State Government policies, identifying applicable incentives and subsidy opportunities for clients, preparing analytical reports, and supporting application processes.

The ideal candidate should possess robust policy research, analytical, and report-writing skills, with the ability to interpret lengthy policy documents and translate complex regulatory information into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyse Government policies, schemes, notifications, circulars, and incentive frameworks.

- Conduct detailed policy research related to warehousing, logistics, industrial development, infrastructure, manufacturing, and investment promotion.

- Assess client eligibility for various Government incentives, subsidies, grants, and benefits.





- Prepare policy summaries, reports and presentations.

- Support preparation, documentation, and submission of incentive applications.

- Maintain databases of incentive schemes, policy updates, and application status reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in policy research, policy analysis, government incentives, consulting, or similar domains.

- Proficiency in both Hindi and English.

- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse lengthy policy and regulatory documents.

- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and report preparation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Prior experience in government incentives, subsidy advisory, industrial policy, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or consulting will be preferred.
