Position Summary

Neuro Discovery AI leverages large-scale healthcare data across neurological diseases to generate biomarker-driven insights that support drug discovery and development. The Senior RWD Analyst owns the real-world data layer that makes those insights possible — turning raw claims, EHR, and registry data into curated, validated, analysis-ready assets.

This role is responsible for the data side of the study lifecycle: sourcing and profiling datasets, standardizing them, building reusable cohort and feature logic, and enforcing the quality controls that downstream RWE analysts and scientists depend on.

The Senior Analyst operates independently, partners closely with data engineering and RWE, and strengthens data-quality best practices across the analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

- Ingest, transform, and standardize large-scale claims, EHR, and registry data into analysis-ready form
- Develop and maintain reusable cohort definitions, code sets, and feature libraries for downstream RWE use
- Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines for large healthcare datasets
- Profile data for completeness, consistency,



and plausibility; build and run structured data-quality checks
- Conduct detailed QC of data outputs, including review of other analysts data work
- Document data provenance, transformations, assumptions, and known data caveats
- Ensure reproducibility and validation across data pipelines
- Partner with RWE analysts and data engineering to translate study needs into data requirements
- Contribute to development of data standards and process improvements

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in RWD, RWE, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical research
- Advanced SQL and robust Python proficiency
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, registries)
- Strong track record in data quality, validation, and documentation
- Familiarity with common data models (OMOP, CDM) a plus
- Familiarity with epidemiology and outcomes research a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
