Role Description

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
- Prepare sales and purchase vouchers, invoices, and bills
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work




- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Support monthly closing and MIS reporting activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related matters
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Assist senior accountants during audits and financial reviews

Qualifications

- Proficient in account management, client relationship building, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and assist in market research
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in report preparation and basic data analysis
- Working knowledge of marketing strategies and sales processes
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
