Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing a warm and welcoming experience - Check-in passengers and

their baggage, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
accurately - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight
schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist
passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or
passengers with disabilities - Resolve any customer complaints or
issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous

experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or
hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful
situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities -
Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is
an asset - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check
