- Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Review deliverables before passing to client
- Develop and effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards
- Minimize exposure and risk on project
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Manage day -to -day interaction with internal and external clients
- Set and manage client expectations
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team
- Resolve and /or escalate issues in a timely manner.
