About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managed the full-cycle recruitment process for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across diverse industries within the US market.
2. Collaborated with hiring managers and clients to analyze workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Identified, sourced, and engaged high-caliber talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, networking, and employee referrals.
4. Conducted comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and technical pre-assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
5. Coordinated interview logistics, facilitated communication between stakeholders, and managed the end-to-end interview process.
6. Maintained accurate candidate and client records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
7. Monitored recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rate, to drive continuous process improvement.
8. Delivered exceptional candidate and client experiences through proactive communication and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
9.



Stayed informed of US labor market trends, industry developments, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to optimize sourcing strategies.
10. Successfully met and exceeded recruitment KPIs while maintaining a solid focus on quality of hire and client satisfaction.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,32,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 16,000 - 1,00,000 /year
