Key Responsibilities:

a. Relationship Management:
1. Foster positive relationships with franchise partners.
2. Act as a liaison for seamless communication and issue resolution.
3. Address franchisees' needs and concerns.

b. Brand Compliance:
1. Monitor and enforce brand standards for consistency.
2. Conduct training sessions to maintain a uniform brand image.
3. Implement updates and guidelines.

c. Logistics and Supply Chain:
1. Oversee timely logistics and supply chain processes.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records.

d. Documentation:
1. Uphold exact documentation of operational processes.
2. Ensure meticulous record-keeping.

e. Performance Management:
1. Set and achieve personal targets for supporting franchisees.
2. Collaborate on strategies for goal attainment.
3. Provide guidance for enhanced franchise performance.
