Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer calls related to banking and card services.
2. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate information about banking products, card services, transactions, and account-related concerns.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
5. Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines during every customer interaction.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

4. Be willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

5. Be available to work 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week, with rotational weekly offs
