About the job

This is a full-time, in office Operations Manager role based in Moradabad, India. The Operations Manager will oversee
Day-to-day operations across production, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Responsible for MIS - reporting and reconciliation
Responsible for providing listings and discounts to various channels. Liaison with marketplaces
Listing enrichments
Coordination with getting GRNs done and be part of inventory planning
Ability to make banners and run WhatsApp campaigns and other marketing campaigns

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Video Making

Other requirements

Strong operations management skills, including workflow planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.

Experience in supply chain, inventory control, and logistics coordination, preferably in consumer goods, home d cor, or furniture.

Proficiency with basic ERP or inventory management systems, order management tools,



and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to lead and develop on-site teams, with strong people management, delegation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across production, design, and sales functions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
