About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and customer interactions.

2. Support pre-sales & post-sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Achieve daily activity targets while assisting the Business Development team in day-to-day operations.
