About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scout retail and commercial spaces across HSR Layout and nearby micro-markets (Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Koramangala, BTM, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road)
2. Build and maintain a database of available retail spaces landlord contact, rent, deposit, frontage, footfall notes
3. Show spaces to clients in office
4. Close retail deals independently; support office-space deals as secondary
5. Report daily field activity (new spaces added, client visits, deal status)

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Own 2-wheeler (mandatory, fuel reimbursed)

2. Bangalore local, or willing to deeply learn HSR + surrounding localities within 30 days

3. 0–1 year experience; freshers with hustle welcome

4. Basic English/Kannada/Hindi communication

5. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Maps
