About the job

As an Operations Associate at Break The Code, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel, along with excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written), will be key to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize all operational documents and correspondence using MS-Office tools.
2. Overlook HR & Finance Departments
3. Assist in data analysis and reporting using MS-Excel.
4. Communicate with internal teams and external partners effectively in English.
5. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
7. Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks and special projects as needed.
