About the job

Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage and organize operational information and documentation.
Update and maintain POS systems accurately.
Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics (KPIs).
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational alignment.
Monitor and enhance overall customer experience.
Prepare internal and external communications (emails, reports, presentations, memos).
Take meeting minutes and ensure action items are followed up.
