Objectives of the role ● Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and strategic ways of solving them through video. ● Conceive, direct, and art-direct video content across formats — brand films, social/reels, campaign videos, in-app videos, and other digital and ATL video assets. ● Own the visual and narrative language of video output, from concept and storyboard through shoot to final cut. ● Lead and direct shoots on-set, working closely with cinematographers, directors, editors, and production teams. ● Bring a strong sense of motion design and animation to elevate video and mixed-media content. ● Mentor and provide direction to external production houses, video/design agencies, and freelance crews. ● Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand. ● Have a role in defining the brand voice — visually and cinematically — of one of the most enviable brands today. ● Sounds like something you'd be interested in? Requirement s● 3–6 years of experience as an art director/video creative in an agency set-up or with a brand, with a solid focus on video .● A portfolio/reel that showcases your ability to think, direct, and execute video creatives across media, along with a strategic outloo ktowards problem-solving .● Hands-on experience with video direction and cinematography — shot composition, lighting, and on-set decision-making .● Strong motion design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and guide animation and motion graphics work .● The ability to collaborate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders, including editors, DOPs, and production vendors .● Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Figma .● The ability to design and direct fresh video creatives from the ground up, and be hands-on while adapting content for various formats an dplatforms as and when required .Skills Required: Video Direction, Cinematography, Motion Design, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figm a
