We are looking for an experienced accounts manager to lead our finance & accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG, bakery, sweets, savouries, food manufacturing, or café operations and be capable of managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, inventory accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance across multiple business units.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.Handle GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.Monitor inventory accounting, production costing, and branch-wise profitability.Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and inventory.Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.Coordinate with auditors, bankers,
