We're Hiring: Manager – MIS

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - MIS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Management Information Systems (MIS), analysing business data, creating insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, insights, and performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
- Monitor key business KPIs and present actionable insights to management
- Improve reporting processes through automation and process optimization
- Manage databases and ensure compliance with data governance standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field




- 5+ years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA preferred)
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting automation
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
