Job Description – Senior Brand Solutions Strategist (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative Senior Brand Solutions Strategist with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful brand strategies, leading integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth for real estate clients.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, client management, and leadership to deliver campaigns that build strong brands and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

 Understand client objectives, project USPs, market positioning, and sales goals to build effective communication strategies.

 Create and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media.

 Build campaign concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

 Lead and mentor creative and strategy teams, ensuring high-quality campaign development and execution.

 Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with content, design, media, and performance marketing teams.

 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify opportunities and trends.

 Develop project positioning, launch strategies, and brand communication frameworks.

 Lead client presentations, strategy discussions, and new business pitches with confidence and clarity.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted strategic advisor.

 Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend optimization strategies.

 Stay updated with real estate market trends,



buyer behaviour, and emerging marketing opportunities.

 Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

 Minimum 6+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Account Planning, or Brand Solutions.

 Robust creative and strategic thinking abilities.

 Proven experience in building successful marketing and branding campaigns.

 Experience in leading and managing creative and strategic teams.

 Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.

 Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities.

 Ability to create compelling content and campaign messaging.

 Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, and integrated marketing.

 Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Skills

 Strong understanding of the real estate customer journey and buying behaviour.

 Experience with project launches, sales campaigns, and brand positioning.

 Knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation funnels, and marketing analytics.

 Commercial awareness with the ability to convert business challenges into strategic marketing solutions.
