Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, automation framework development, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Selenium.
- Perform end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce releases and ensure application quality across multiple environments.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous testing and quality improvements.
- Ensure test coverage, automation efficiency,



and overall application reliability.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Strong expertise in Selenium Automation.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, release management, and QA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or other test management and defect tracking tools.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
