Assistant Professor – MBA Finance / MBA Marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Assistant Professors to join our Management Department. We have openings for:

- Assistant Professor – MBA Finance
- Assistant Professor – MBA Marketing

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring MBA students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom lectures as per the university syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and academic content.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and student activities.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examination papers.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and overall progress.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, and college events.
- Assist in curriculum planning and academic administration.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.
- Contribute to institutional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation





- MBA in Finance (for Finance Faculty)
- MBA in Marketing (for Marketing Faculty)
- NET/SET/Ph.D. is preferred as per university norms.

Experience

- 0–3 years of teaching experience in a college or university.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance or Marketing concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to academic excellence.
