We are looking for an energetic and experienced *E-commerce Executive* to join our growing fashion/e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online stores across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho. If you have hands-on experience with cataloging, inventory management, and order processing, we want to hear from you.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
* *Listing & Cataloging:* Create and upload recent product listings and catalogs across all portals. Ensure correct image aspect ratios (e.g., *720x960 px* for Flipkart), detailed descriptions, and accurate size charts.
* *Order Management:* Process daily incoming orders, generate shipping labels/manifests, and ensure timely dispatch to maintain excellent seller metrics.
* *Inventory Control:* Monitor and update stock levels across all channels consistently to avoid out-of-stock situations or order cancellations.
* *Returns & Claims Management:* Track customer returns and RTOs (Return to Origin).
Efficiently file SPF (Seller Protection Fund) or Safe-T claims for damaged or missing items.
* *Advertising & Marketing:* Run and optimize ad campaigns/promotions on various seller panels to boost sales and visibility.
* *Customer Support:* Address customer queries, resolve disputes, and manage product reviews and ratings.
### *Requirements & Skills:*
* *Experience:* 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce portal management (Freshers with strong theoretical knowledge of seller panels may also apply).
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) is highly essential for data and inventory tracking.
* *Language:* Functional English (written and verbal) and fluent Hindi.
* *Adaptability:* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing marketplace policies and algorithms.
