Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Power BI Developer (2–3 Years Experience) to join our growing Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and executive decision-making. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights across our business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Data Transformation: Connect to data sources (SQL databases, cloud storage, Excel) and clean data using Power Query.
- Data Modeling: Build efficient data models using star schemas and establish proper table relationships.
- Formulas & Measures: Write and optimize DAX queries for complex calculations, time-intelligence, and business metrics.
- Platform Administration: Publish reports to Power BI Service, configure workspaces, and set up scheduled data refreshes.
- Security & Access: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive organizational data.
- User Support: Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and training for business users interacting with the reports.

Technical Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience exclusively developing in Power BI Desktop and Service.




- Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, filtering, and joining data from relational databases.
- DAX & Power Query: Proven ability to write custom DAX measures and use M language for ETL tasks.
- Data Literacy: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensions, and facts.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification is a solid plus.

Soft Skills

- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical data findings into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with both data engineers and business end-users.
