Job Description:

MMy Realty is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the company's growth in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate current business opportunities for PMC services.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and follow up on business leads.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the PMC, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Location: Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,950.57 per month
