We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern who is eager to gain practical industry exposure and build a successful career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Manage candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams professionally.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operational activities.
- Conduct market research and support various HR projects.
- Handle administrative and other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), MPM, or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hardworking, dedicated, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working from the office (WFO) in Kharadi, Pune.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

Technical Skills Required

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong computer and internet research skills.
- Ability to prepare qualified presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
