We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Site Engineer to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. In this role, you will manage project execution, enforce strict quality control, and collaborate directly with subcontractors, architects, and project managers to ensure our builds meet safety standards and blueprint specifications. Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily construction activities, ensure work is executed according to architectural drawings, and resolve technical discrepancies in office.
- Quality Control & Safety: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high workmanship standards and strictly enforce all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Project Documentation: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track material consumption, maintain site logs, and assist with project billing and measurement.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors,



ensuring timely delivery and proper storage of construction materials.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 2 to 6years of experience in building construction especially in government projects like PWD,KIIFB, CPWD etc
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Proficiency in [Insert software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or MS Project].
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage on-site labor and report to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹180,096.00 - ₹382,752.00 per year
