Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk at our fitness center in Kaloor, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday
- Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(Part-time candidates can apply for evening shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional manner
- Monitor and verify biometric attendance of clients
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
- Manage membership registrations and renewals
- Maintain attendance records and client database
- Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth daily operations




- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist/front office role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google sheets, MS Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Skilled appearance and punctual attitude
