ERPNext Implementation & Customization Specialist

Job Summary

Spectrum Solar is looking for an experienced ERPNext Implementation & Customization Specialist to support the implementation, customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our ERPNext platform. The role requires technical expertise along with the ability to understand business processes and deliver practical ERP solutions across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

- Lead the complete implementation of ERPNext.
- Customize ERPNext modules, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, print formats, and system configurations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements.
- Configure ERPNext to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Develop custom scripts, reports, and integrations using the Frappe Framework.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Train employees on ERPNext functionality and best practices.
- Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with management and department teams to identify process optimization opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.




- Minimum 1-2 years of ERPNext implementation and customization experience.
- Solid working knowledge of ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MariaDB/MySQL, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, or Procurement modules.
- Strong business process analysis and ERP implementation experience.
- Proven experience creating custom modules, workflows, reports, print formats, and scripts.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and experience delivering user training.
- Ability to manage ERP implementation projects and achieve project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

- ERPNext or Frappe certification.
- Experience integrating ERPNext with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Git, Linux server administration, and cloud deployment.
