Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, preparing reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the hotel's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports.




- Process invoices and vendor payments.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
- Support audits and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (hotel experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
