Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with educational institutions, conducting seminars, and driving admissions through effective field sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Visit educational institutions to schedule and conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training institutes.
- Support branch teams in achieving monthly admission and sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and provide market feedback.
- Create and support promotional content such as videos, presentations, and event materials.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
